Welcome to ShopHBM
ShopHBM is an online marketplace created to connect independent buyers and sellers in one convenient place. ShopHBM.com is owned and operated by H&B Marketplace LLC, a Virginia limited liability company.
Our goal is to make buying and selling simple, accessible, and trustworthy. Sellers can create their own stores, list products, set prices, manage inventory, and choose their shipping options. Buyers can discover products from different sellers, compare available choices, and shop online.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help individuals and small businesses reach more customers and grow through online commerce. We want to create opportunities for sellers from different communities while giving buyers access to a wider selection of products.
How ShopHBM Works
ShopHBM provides the technology that connects buyers and independent sellers.
Sellers are responsible for their product listings, photographs, descriptions, prices, inventory, shipping, and customer service. Buyers can review product information, place orders, make payments, and communicate about their purchases through the marketplace.
Our Values
We are committed to:
• Supporting independent sellers and small businesses
• Creating a welcoming marketplace for buyers and sellers
• Encouraging honest product listings and fair transactions
• Protecting user information and marketplace security
• Providing clear policies for shipping, returns, refunds, and disputes
• Continuously improving the ShopHBM shopping experience
A Marketplace for Different Communities
ShopHBM is being built to serve customers and sellers from different cultures and communities. As the marketplace grows, we plan to improve language options, payment choices, shipping support, and access for users in more locations.
Our Commitment
We are working to build a marketplace where buyers can shop with greater confidence and sellers can build their businesses. We will continue listening to our community and improving ShopHBM as we grow.
Thank you for being part of ShopHBM.
